Certainly one of the more distinctive and memorable colour schemes around ...little doubt as to what Fire Dept the rigs are from when you first see the colours you almost do not need to look at the signage to know it must be GFD , a very busy hard pressed FD some amazing footage on you tube of these guys hard at work .

I like the colour scheme. I'm a fan of ALF, especially when nearly all other US fire appliances look the same; it's nice to see something a bit different, and easily recognisable.

Yelp I think ALF are a good truck and have a high specification IFS, Disc brakes, and Air ride are all available on this chassis , only ALF appear to be in financial trouble and FD's are reluctant to order any rigs from them ....just a smattering of orders coming out of this once great company at the moment.
