This appliance has been perfectly preserved and is part of the amazing collection in a new purpose built facility.

This was, for a long period of time, the Breakdown Unit/Lorry used by the then BSB (RSB currently)for towing or removing vehicles involved in incidents attended by the Muncipal (fully professional) Fire Department/Brigade. It also assisted, on demand, the 7 local volunteer Departments/Brigades in the city or any Public Administration Agencies based in Lisbon.
