The installation of a rear sliding door on a four door pickup truck must be unique to this Subaru.

These tiny pumpers manned by local citizen volunteers swarm typically very crowded Tokyo residential areas with their extremely narrow streets - which may be a reason the sliding doors are necessary! Like most Japanese pumpers, they carry no water, and use the portable pump with suctions to access either underground hydrants or sumps, which store rainwater runoff. The pump is rated at around 500 LPM, enough to supply one decent hose line.
