All I can say is thank god this fine machine has been preserved!

H551 NAJ (027) was new to Cleveland in 1991 moving across from various Stations including Marine.

This was taken at Thornaby Workshops in June 2010, as you can tell it just seemed to be dumped in the corner and forgotten about! Least it is in good care now!!

Out of all the engines, this is one of my faves of all time, even when I went up to see it not long after Martin got it, I still think it looked great even though it was in abit of a sorry state! lol
