I used to work in City Hall at this City from 1989 to 1994. They used to have a prior mini-pump with a Dodge motor/chassis and King (Seagrave) Canada equipment. It's a City subject to lots of snowfall in their winters, so that might have been the reasoning for having this 4x4 midi-pump size truck. I have seen it with a boat trailer attached, ready for a water rescue call.
