Chassis is Chevrolet or GMC; from the badge on the hood it looks like the latter, though it's hard to tell for sure. Chevrolet and GMC trucks are twins; only the badges are different.

It's a gmc cause the grill is mesh and has the gmc lettering on it

I cleared traffic for this rig as it responded down Bayfield street in the summer of either '08 or '09. I was on leave from CFB Borden, and noted the truck was going to be blocked by a car that couldn't make a left turn due to heavy oncoming traffic, so I walked out into the street, stopped two lanes, directed the car to turn, and waved the truck through. Good to see her again
