Its not easy to make out but the "lump" behind the crew-cab door is a B.A cylinder that tried to come out sideways.Needless to say the Police had to close the Motorway.

It was 1992/3 - The cause was put down to a fuel leak after investigation.It had just been put back into service after a fuel leak and they said they could smell fuel before the fire.
