This Kronenburg MAC-11 is from the type BBA British Airport Authority. This type you also can find at Heathrow Airport. The number 8 from Naval Airstion Valkenburg came into service at 1996. Pumpcapacity : 4500 l/m low pressure, Tank 11000 litres of water, 1550 litres of foam, 2x100 kg powder.

It's true that Heatrow International Airport have the MAC-11.

Stanstead Airport also use the MAC-11

the MAC 11 is at Heathrow Gatwick Stanstead and Southampton with the MAC 8 at the
first three as an RIV.being two axle and 8 ton lighter and the same mechanicle
spec.it fly's.the dutch navy order was built on the end of the BAA order.

Southampton doesn't operate MAC11s. There are two Carmichael Phoenix (Refurbished chassis looks similar to a Cobra 2) and a Scania Viper.
