Don't often see a TK with a front-mounted pump. Of cpurse, it is the easiest low cost way of building a fire pumper - and was once very common in both Belgium and the Netherlands.

On this one, the front radiator grille seems to have been completely blanked off, suggesting a bit of a potential cooling problem if the pump is run for any extended time?

It's water cooled so no such issues should have occurred, in fact the opposite , as the pump isnt enclosed it should run cooler and as I say the road engine is watercooled with plenty of circulation room for air round the set back engine which is behind the driver
