Those low profile tyres and wheels look undersized for the appliance. Maybe just me though.

Hi this appliance is based at station B2 Fortrose which is a small single bay retained station and is a 12tonne compact TGL thats why its probably got the smaller tyres. If you look on Graeme Kirkwood's History of Scottish Fire Brigades you will be able view a photo of this station.

maybe a less tall appliance rather than smaller wheels which impede handling and drivabilaty would have been more desirable , am i alone in thinking it lookes somewhat unstable?
