Hi Petros, I might be mistaken, but this looks like the machine that was originally based at Orpington and was experimentally marked up for the nearby M25. I saw it a few years back at Southwark Training Centre, where it seemed to hang around, not doing much, for quite a while.

Similar outline reflective striping was fashionable for a while in several European brigades for a few years too, but seems to have died out...
