This is W52 (Basildon's) Rescue Pump. Whiskey 52-1
The vehicle is a Scania, body built by JDC.
Based at Pitsea (Basildon) Essex, England. Essex County Fire and Rescue Service have purchased several Scania based vehicles recently perhaps a move from Dennis.

Great truck this Scania. I also like the Battenburg livrey on this thing. It's better visible at night then the stripes on our vehicles in Holland.

Sorry to be petty but its based at Basildon, there is no fire station in Pitsea. :-)

I love the Essex livery. I think it looks really good on the Scania's, especially the new P270 ones they are getting in.
