it´s a turkish BMC truck

I believe it is a British Ford D series, as these were built under license in Turkey for many years, although the grille and headlights were modified a bit on later models.

Is the Toplapi Palace Fire Brigade crewed by Istanbul firemen or is it another type of fire brigade, perhaps private?
