Yes. It's a Toyota Dyna or a Hino.

Everybody is right!

The Toyota and Hino are both the same chassis and cab, being that Hino is a division of Toyota - which shares the same light truck product line, as well as manufacturing the heavier units. If you can't see the badge on the front, you just can't tell which brand it is....

Morita does not build their own chassis, but provide pumps, aerials and the bodywork for other fire and rescue apparatus on a variety of chassis, including this one!
