This photo was taken by Bristol Bob and is published with his permission. As I'm not an expert on the City of Gloucester Fire Brigade and thier appliances I'm sure Bristol Bob will answer any questions. I posted it because its an unusual looking appliance.

Pyrene bodied Ford D600 PE, with an oversized 250 IG water tank. Built on a short wheelbase chassis, it did not have very much locker space.

Pyrene did not build many conventional municipal appliances, apart from foam tenders, and this example was one of very few ever produced.
