Yeovil Fire StationYeovil (Somerset) Fire Station seen in Feb 2010. This Wholetime/ Retained station was built in 1964 for Somerset Fire Brigade. The appliances kept in the bays are:
WJ52HTO Volvo FL6/ Saxon WrL
WA03OFT Mercedes Atego/ Saxon ERT
Both Wholetime
X891BYD Volvo FL6/ Saxon WrT
G484LYC Mercedes Benz/ Saxon 85' Simon Snorkel HP
Both Retained
There is also WA07UGZ which is an M.A.N, however I don't know anything else about it, the Devon Fire and Rescue site doesn't say anything either. This vehicle never seems to go out but it appears to resemble a BA Tender or maybe some kind of support vehicle.

WA07UGZ is the water carrier hence why it never seems to go out much. This replaced the Mercedes carrier and in the bays around the back lives the third retained pump and the incident support unit. Yeovil will shortly be getting a new MAN as the wholetime first away.
