Looks like a useful little tender. Not many of these were used by fire services, except as general transport vans. But the same chassis was used extensively as the basis for ambulances by several different bodybuilders and Morris (or identical Austin) ambulances were once widespread all over Britain.
I believe that this one started life as a purpose built tender for Reckitt and Coleman in Hull. Following it life there it was part of the line up at the local airfield in Paull (a village outside of Hull). After the demise of the airfield it went to the Emergency Planning Centre at Wawne near Hull as a part of the private, Humberside Auxiliary Fire Service. When Wawne was closed I thnik it went to a little airfield near Leven although it has been seen down an alleyway off Hull's Newland Avenue recently
Good photos; and a nice job of preservation.
