I often used to see this machine parked in a driveway on Dartmoor

I saw this appliance yesterday in the National Emergency Services Museum's storage facility near Sheffield. There are very positive plans for a full restoration to it's hose-layer condition in the foreseeable future. I'm sure the very missed Roy Yeomans would be very pleased.
