August 1990 traction fair Devon. This is a Cornwall Loadstar but the rarer PE not pump. Allocated to Falmouth. Out of service 1979. Winding gear folded. HO workshop bodied. See picture 9781.

Is this the same appliance that was parked outside a farm shop, on the road between Uckfield & Lewes, East Sussex, in 2002/2003?
