There are three different versions of Hydraulic Platform in the Service. The first version was built on the Dennis chassis. They are of more or less the same design. The second and third versions are built on Scania chassis. The difference between the last two versions is the capability of foam application. In general, the Hydraulic Platform have three compartments and six lockers, three on each side

As Hong Kong used to be a British Territory, almost everything there is written in English and, more often than not, also Cantonese, as can be seen next to the sign saying 'Fire Services'.

Most of Hong Kong's native Chinese speak English, but not all of the European settlers speak Cantonese. That is why English is still the main language in Hong Kong.
