Iveco Eurofire TTL2 Brunei

Brunei Fire and Rescue Department (BFRD) Iveco with Magirus 52m Turntable Ladder no.2 (TTL2). This is the second Turntable Ladder in the BFRD TTL fleet and currently this appliance is stationed at Jerudong 1 Fire and Rescue Station as their main aerial appliance.

Bodywork by Fabristeel FSV, Singapore. TTL unit is built by Magirus and has maximum reach limit of 52m.

can anyone tell me what a tl ladder is made from .
steel should be to heavy and aluminium to week any ideas

I make the TTL(Aerial) to be 6 sections; at 52 metres (170 feet) that is quite a height.

Feeling giddy, already !
