great lightweight Dennis Trailer Pump

This is a lightweight Dennis Trailer pump which were manufactured from the 1920's through to the end of the 1930's. It is fitted with a V Twin JAP engine. (This was long before the days when JAP meant Japanese. To the British motorcycle enthusiast it only meant J.A.Preswitch manufacturers of fine motor cycle engines). The pump is a Dennis No.1 rated at 250gpm. This unit is completely original even down to red oil lamp and the reflective T on the mudguard.

Is this pump still working today?

Yes, it works fine, although I think it has suffered from magneto (the device which makes the ignition sparks) problems in recent years.

I have one of these pumps in unrestored condition. The engine on my pump is painted red, also the mud guards and fuel/oil tank are all red, otherwise my pump is identical to this one. Can anyone tell me where i can obtain parts?
