We had a Crimson quint in Manhasset-Lakeville VFD on Long Island, which had a circular red badge in the center of the grille. To my eye, this truck seems to also have a circular red badge on its grille, but the picture is too small to see if it is identcal.

This one has a red "R" both on the grill and on the roof extension above the middle side window. It's better visible on the other picture.

Must be for Rosenbauer - I guess nobody has a monoploly on round red badges!

Yes, Rob, it's the Rosenbauer logo. It's not on a round badge but that special shaped letter embedded into the grill.
