Taken on July 1st 1988, these sad pictures were taken when I was collecting OZ9607 the Dennis Metz 125' from the Northern Ireland Fire Brigade. Stanley Seymour who was in charge of the workshops at Lisburn suggested that we might like to visit this field and see something quite extra ordinary.

They had been purchased by Lindsay Burney and Sons 'Irelands No.1 Plant and Machinery Specialist' for export, which never happened.
