Recently, I saw a Brunei Civil Aviation Department (DCA) fire department Range Rover/Carmichael Rapid Intervention Vehicle no.3 (RIV3) (same as in this picture) passing by. Its first time I saw it appeared on Brunei road and the RIV3 is stationed at the Brunei Sultan Flight Helipad.

Its quite impressive to know our Brunei DCA still operates these old machine.
