What are we seeing here ? looks like equipment on a Slide-Out Tray....possibly portable pump, the triangular top end-piece ?

this vehicle is a dedicated water & animal rescue unit, 1 based a walton (S18) pictured and the other at Painshill (S21). They can both tow boats, Surrey currently have 2, a RIB inflatable and a rigid plastic one.Hope this helps.
