I will pop the question, before someone else does..... what rig (former Pump Escape?) is behind it, plate VTU 645 ?

If you see previous photos that someone else took,around number 19287 there are 4 pics together.I can say that the engine was used for tractor pulling and all the wood was burnt and metal weighed in for scrap.

Pat, VTU 645 was a Dennis F12 Pump Escape which originaly served with Cheshire Fire Brigade.
