1959 Ward LaFrance Old Timer.

The radiator has painted on it "Spirit of '59", so I'm going to assume that's what year it is. Seen at a towing company in Chattanooga, Tennessee on 10-07-2009.

Does anybody know where this rig is now?

I bought it at a Charity auction at Coker Tire museum around 2008 and owned it for several years, then sold it to a Dr from Fairhope, AL to use in Mardi Gras parades with his family sometime around 2018.
