And carries the classic Roto-Rays, 3 red lights revolving on arms, on the front, just below the wind-screen, above the big "16". Originaly developed for railway locomotives....

And, a "loaded" front bumper - containing hose, hose inlet/outlet,(?), loudspeaker, air-horns, stiped clearance wands; and of course - a "growler" (mechanical syren) for Pavel !
