FDNY Battalion Chief 1 runs out of one of the oldest firehouses still operational today at 100 Duane Street in Manhattan dating from 1905.This vehicle is a Ford Excursion (FMO03057) and was one of 67 purchased during 2003 by the department.
Batt Chief 1 runs alongside Engine Co7, and Ladder Co1,a Seagrave JT 75' Aerialscope (Tower Ladder).
