Does anyone knows what the number 004250001 means on the pumper?
I see this on many vehicles in different areas in Thailand, I asked the fire fighters by they couldn't give me a good answer.

This appliance doesn't look very bright and fresh.... Is it always parked outside ??

Padang Besar is a small border town with a town called the same name in Malaysia. I was surprised to see 3 vehicles (they also have a water tanker)
The engine hall is just a thin roof.
