Although the camera angle may be distorting it a bit, this looks like one of the standard lighter commercial D300/400/500 units, rather than the beefier D600/700/800 which were offered as dedicated SVO fire truck chassis. Actually, quite a few fire services in many countries bought commercial D series chassis for a variety of specials, as well as the SVO versions which were for pumpers. These specials included BA tenders, hazmat trucks, hose layers, foam pumpers and tenders, control units, tankers and aerial platforms, as well as general purpose lorries which were also used for driver training.
