Difficult to tell, but this looks like a two axle 28 ton capacity PPM crane. PPM builds much heavier cranes too, all the way up to >100 tons on five axles, but French fire services tend to operate relatively smaller cranes tan the usual 40 to 60 ton units found in Germany and Central europe.
