Ex-Fire Service Vehicle Land Rover ?

I have no idea about this vehicle other than it was seen at the Lowestoft Carnival in the united kingdom, However i have suspisions that its been taken on from somebody who looks after it and that this vehicle is no longer in any fire service, If i am right please correct me. :-)

This 1980 Series III L4P Land Rover is based at Seething Airfield in Norfolk where it provides cover for the special category aerodrome. It was original built for British Aerospace and stationed at their factory at Woodford in Greater Manchester.
