This one is a Robur Garant 30k the predecessor of the Robur LO. It was build from 1955 to 1960 at the VEB Robur-Werke Zittau.
This one is a simply kind of fire engine but for many of the smaller villages was it a good and cheap way of fire prevention. Build to carry the fire fighters and a few equipment.

Love the ceremonial garland on the hood - a fitting tribute.

Nice touch, fitting the windows in the tarp, for the boys in back, to peer out.....
