The above Renault Sides model of 2007 Fire fighter has electrical problem all the dust board lights are not showing+ the Odometer reading not showing. What advice can I get from the dealer?

I am mechanic by profession and I work for UNMISS. We have the same type of Renault Sides, which has electrical system problem, therefore I am requesting you to give me small idea about how to go.
