Fire truck Alassa 12/7/2009
As I have understand it this is a voluntary fire truck given to the village from Cyprus Fire Service.
I don't know how it is manned. I did not see any house connected to the truck. It is parked a long a road close to the church in the village. The truck did have the basic fire fighting tools and are prepared for forest fire fighting, see the nozzles under the cab.
