Nicely illustrates the light weight Coventry Climax 500 LPM pump, which was very sensibly located at the front to maximize load space. The standard Gipsy has two rear seats, accessible from the rear, but this example has full length side lockers, suggesting that it was a two seater. Such limited seating was quite often a feature of factory fire trucks, as employees trained in fire fighting would often respond from different work locations - not necessarily needing to ride the truck itself.
