Cherokee County International tanker
5/19/2008: Cherokee County Fire & EMA has this Unk. yr. International chassis tanker with a front mount 1000 gpm pump and an 1800 gal. water tank. The rural areas of Cherokee county don't have hydrants as thick as the suburban areas do, so a water tanker is needed. I'm not sure of the mfg.er, it may possibly be a Georgia Forestry "Class A Fireknocker". GA. Forestry Div had a program where a rural Fire Dept. could provide a chassis and they would build a bare-bones Class "A" pumper.
