Thanks Jose, the USAF used similar tankers a few years back. Pav, I drove one for a "jolly" and the engine kept the handling reasonable. Couldn't cope with left hand drive though! It aint natural!
Nice shot of a good job. Looks like the tank was positioned aft, to fit the Midship Pump. Gotta wonder if the front wheels aren't waving around in the air sometimes.....
With increasing adherence to NFPA Standards; these "home-builts" are disappearing from our area. However, the cost per unit has multiplied several-fold.
Hi John! It aint natural to have left hand drive?? Here in Sweden, we had left hand drive, before the changing to drive on the right side of the roads!! THAT was not natural!!!
