It appears to be an ex-Northamptonshire appliance judging by the Wellingborough station plate and Northampton CNV registration.

This is certainly a former Northamptonshire Fire Brigade Bedford TK with bodywork by A E Smith of Kettering. There is also a picture of another Smiths-built appliance for Northamptonshire on this site (RVV 306R); the company built 24 Bedfords for the brigade. This one spent nearly all its service life at Irthlingborough.
