Oh Bristol Bob, you've gone and done it again!! The TK Bedford was such a handsome machine for its time! Anyone who ever drove and crewed them have the fondest of memories,, Thanks mate.

I took some shots of the Hereford TL back in 1983, in the drill yard at stn 46 Hereford. see picture 26909. A great looking appliance.

No Andrew, after a spell in the spare bay at Bromsgrove, where I last photographed it, it was disposed of. It now belongs to someone my good friend Bob Wright knows, and now lives in Scotland. I understand from Bob that it's well looked after and still attends rallies.

i remember this fire engine from when my Granddad was ADO at Hereford station. I have a photo of me and my sister standing on it in about 1968 ish....

I think this is one of the best designed and executed crew cab conversions on a TK. This really looks just like it came straight from the factory.

Does anyone know who built this cab for Merryweather?
