Suffolk Fire and Rescue - Nayland
This is M904 DGV of Nayland Fire Station, Suffolk.
It is seen here in the yard of Sudbury Fire Station taking part in a drill.
Nayland is a small village right on the Suffolk/Essex border. Normal shouts are backing up Sudbury in Suffolk, or Colchester in Essex. Howver the station last year responded to just 48 emergency calls making them one of the sleepy stations in the county.
M904 DGV has served all of its 15 year life in Nayland and was given to the station brand new back in the early 90's.

Thats a good question Dave. I guess every now and then brigades just send the odd new appliance to retained stations so that the retained get a fair share of things.

Laughed at these posts! In fairness though, when I moved brigades 15 years ago (retained) the new station had a Sabre, the lads treated it like their own and it showed. treat them right and they wont let you down and this is proof, and I wont rant about lorries either!
