Nice classic Mack Pumper. Great photo.

Good to see it still in service (Volunteer FD ?) and obviously got some up-grades, with the Emergency Lights(Front Beacons) and Quartz Halogen Scene Light
on its pole by Pump Panel.

Is that an illuminated "Engine 3" sign (like British practice) over the front windshield; and does anyone have the specs on this able rig ?

Info is added now. No it isn't an illuminated sign. Just the painting as on the doors. This apparatus was about to retire, so I guess they have a new engine now.
