it looked very modern when first seen , it was the first real modern midi water tender ladder and was an excellent appliance for rural stations , this type of appliance has uses in urban enviornment as well , the japanese use mini appliances in cties and it is something we should be doing more of in this country , it isnt the case a full b type is needed in every station and big savings could be made -sensibly , the iveco, vauxhall movano twin wheel size is perfect for a truly modern midi apppliance , some with all wheel drive even , more should be built and as I say sensibly used in my opinion
