If it works in Japan with a very small type off truck, it looks like a 7 ton chassis, why doesn't in the UK. I understand that Iveco together with Magirus(same company) is delivering a special chassis for a carp which function well.

This is quite different from British CARPs: it cannot possibly carry the same amount of gear as a Rescue Pump (just by looking at the size of those lockers), it's aerial is half the height of a CARP, and on a 7 ton chassis it probably holds a couple of pints of the wet stuff maximum. :P
