Unknown year Central/Simon Duplex. This may possibly be a remount of an older Simon/Duplex chassis with a new body/pump. Serves at an all Volunteer station in Polk County, Tennessee USA.

This is a original equiped unit not a remount it was first operated by Cleveland FD, Now operated by West Polk County Fire Rescue. Its is housed at station 5 just South of the Hiwasee River off Hwy 411.
