Nicely illustrates the high pressure nozzles fed by tubing inside the safety cage piping, to afford an all-around protective spray in the event this off-road brush pump-tanker gets too close to burning materials.

This is a common feature on many Unimogs being used as brush pumpers in various countries, as well as others based on Renault, MAN and IVECO chassis.

Their amazing off-road capabilities, combined with the ability of wind-driven brush fires to move even faster than the brush trucks, makes these kinds of self-preservation measures quite important!
