Fire Engines Photos

Had a ride in this, it was amazing, Bedford tk's were always a good, basic piece of kit and more reliable than anything built today, Bedford tk / HCB- Angus in this guise were and to me, will always be the ultimate fire appliance.

If on Bedford and HCB-angus still built fire engines!

Brilliant looking Bedford Water Tender Ladder.I would have thought though that now the appliance is in preservation, it would have displayed the brigade or the county in which it once served.Not Fire/Police Museum.

A lovely appliance, such a shame they have decided to replace the Suffolk insignia with this cheap looking signage. There was once a wooden brigade crest situated on the drivers door, this looks like it's been painted grey and the only other addition I can spot is that they've placed their own crest on the front off side. Apart from that, this is an excellent example. Such a shame they are no more. Thank's for uploading this, it's brought back some wonderful memories.

This Museum was recorded as having former Hartlepool/Cleveland Bedford/Miles ET LEF927 in the 80's. Does anyone have a picture of it here?
