This is the vehicle for technical interventions, such as road accidents,... It has lift on the back. Bodywork is from Rosenbauer Germany. The crew is 1+1. It was built in 1981.

I think this truck is build by Doeschot-Rosenbauer in the Netherlands and it is in fact an old Dutch HV-1.

Sorry Rob, it is not the Enschede 683.
It is the 780 of the Safety district Hollands-Midden. Stationed at Leiden.
